Only One Yacht for Sale

ONLY ONE Walkthrough

Boarding from the passarelle, the Teak soled aft deck is inviting and sets the tone for welcoming guests, providing for a large built-in settee with Teak end tables, coffee table, and five contemporary, varnished occasional chairs. Access to sidedecks is generous, as is the staircase to port leading up to the upper aft deck, while twin stairs port and starboard offer access to the swim platform and beach club; a door on the starboard side deck also provides access to a guest stairwell to the beach club. The beach club opens to the sea, with the transom dropping to provide additional space and access to watersports, while a large hatch opens in the port hullside to create even more connection to your surroundings.

Entering the main salon through the stainless steel framed sliding glass doors, opening via sensor, guests are immediately aware that ONLY ONE exudes luxury and quality, with incomparable, high gloss Italian joinery, custom seating groups and occasional chairs surrounding a beveled mirror coffee table; starboard cabinetry houses the pop-up HDTV and entertainment center. Massive windows provide tremendous natural light, while lowered bulwarks with stanchioned handrails allow water views from every seat. Designer furnishings and fabrics, stonework, and parquet timber floorings continue to reinforce the level luxury and quality within, and are carried on throughout the interior.

The formal dining area is open to the salon, separated by a buffet serving cabinet, and features a custom varnished table with seating for 10, along with generous storage and dedicated space for tableware and table settings. Large windows continue to provide uninterrupted views of the surroundings, however, at the touch of the control pad, privacy blinds drop and the lighting may be chosen from a selection of pre-set mood choices, as is the case throughout.

A door to port leads to the pantry/crew lobby and galley, while to starboard is the main entry lobby, with central staircase to the guest accommodations below, or skylounge/wheelhouse deck above. Continuing forward through the lobby is the on-deck master suite. Separating the master stateroom from the lobby is an owner’s office, complete with a wall of shelves for books and artwork, and desk facing outboard with another large window and generous storage drawers and cabinets. The full beam master has a centerline king berth flanked by matching nightstands, chaise lounge and built-in dresser of drawers, as well as three large hanging wardrobes. Cabinetry forward of the berth offer additional storage, including mini fridge, as well as entertainment center with large screen HDTV. His and Hers baths are to either side of the entertainment cabinet, each vanity with storage and sink, large shower and enclosed toilette and bidet; the port side has a vanity with chair while the starboard side offers another dresser of drawers. Large hullside windows again assure that one is always provided wonderful views!

The galley is midships, forward of the pantry/ crew lobby, and offers all of the amenities, storage and counter space to excite the most discriminating chef. Well laid out, an island cabinet provides division between preparation and service areas, and the walk-in fridge & freezer is easily accessed in the forward bulkhead. Outboard and to port of the galley, is the crew lounge, with banquet and table, and additional, swing out stools. The crew’s quarters is accessed from here, and a stairwell in the crew lobby provides access to the skylounge pantry, greatly reducing crew traffic in owner areas. The crew’s area four ensuite cabins with bunk beds, laundry room and crew mess with kitchenette and countertop with stool seating.

The accommodations lobby on the lower deck access the four guest staterooms with two twin staterooms forward and two king staterooms aft. Each stateroom offers nightstand, hanging wardrobe, drawer storage and entertainment center, along with ensuite baths with vanity with sink and storage, stall shower, and enclosed toilette and bidet.

From the main deck lobby, and up the central staircase, brings one to the skylounge/wheelhouse deck, with wheelhouse forward, creating the heart of the yacht and featuring a crew friendly platform with all of the necessary electronics and navigation aids to allow safe, comfortable cruising globally. Reverse angle windshield reduced glare while creating an aggressive profile and the observation settee is the perfect spot from which to view arrival into a new port; wing doors provide access to the side and foredecks. Immediately aft and to starboard is the captain’s cabin, with desk, double berth, wardrobe and ensuite bath, while across to port is the ships radio room, followed by a large stewardess service pantry and crew stairwell back to the main deck.

Aft, off the upper lobby, is the skylounge featuring a large “L” shaped sofa and two occasional chairs around a large coffee table, with natural light and tremendous views courtesy large windows and the stainless steel framed sliding doors along the aft bulkhead. The extensive entertainment center and draperies are controlled by touch pad, making the skylounge the perfect area to relax on “movie night”!

Through the sliding door aft, the upper aft deck is arranged to provide the ultimate in alfresco dining, with circular table seating 12 and storage cabinets that provide countertop space for buffet service, while two lounges aft, each with circular coffee table are perfect for after dinner drinks or curling up with a book. A stairwell to port leads down to the main deck, while the starboard stairs lead upwards to the sundeck.

The sundeck is perfectly suited to entertaining or relaxation, partially covered by the integral hardtop over the forward half, while the after half is arranged with an expansive sunpad and two custom circular sun loungers. Under the hardtop, a Teak table seating 10 is to port, with a varnished Teak sofa and chairs to starboard. A well-equipped bar is forward, with three forward facing bar stools and pop-up TV. Generous countertops at the bar, as well as dumbwaiter servicing the upper three decks makes alfresco dining on this deck a joy for guests and crew alike.
