BROWARD DESLIZE Yacht for Sale

DESLIZE features five staterooms accommodating ten guests. Three staterooms are accessed via a stairway located forward in the salon.  From a foyer a lavish full beam master stateroom is forward with His and Her bath with jacuzzi and large glass shower.  Aft of the foyer are two guest staterooms with Queen berths each with ensuite baths. 

A starboard stairway aft in the salon leads to two guest staterooms with a Queen berth and twin berths both with private baths.  Forward at the bottom of these stairs is the door to access the engine room.

Forward on the main deck is the spacious Country-Kitchen style galley equipped with new appliances, large Island with custom spanish Silestone countertops.  Forward in the galley is a large settee with storage cabinets forward and storage under the settee. Stairs leading down to the lower deck forward to starboard from the galley lead to a Captain stateroom and second crew cabin in the bow. both with baths.

The main salon features a formal dining area forward with dining table and (10) chairs.  Aft in the main salon is a 65’’ LED TV w/lift, large sofa, occasional chairs and game table. Aft of the main salon is a large aft deck with seating and table for dining.  Stairs port and starboard from the aft deck lead to a spacious cockpit and swim platform all with teak sole.

A spiral staircase leads from the aft deck to the flybridge where you will find a RIB tender, davit, large hydro-massage Jacuzzi, bar counter with refrigerator, icemaker,  stainless steel BBQ, fixed stools, sun pad and outdoor carpeting.  As part of a refit in 2021 there are many new features including overheads, LED lighting, cabinetry, flooring and more.

From 2018 thru 2021 the vessel was undergoing an major refit.  The vessel exterior was painted.  Additionally the interior of the vessel had many areas where headliners, wall coverings, flooring, window treatments, appliances, electronics and other interior finishes were competed.

The refit was interrupted before completion and some additional work still needs to be finished.  This will allow a new owner to complete and change some of the interior finishes to make the vessel their own.

When built, DELIZE was one of the finest running Broward Motoryachts of her day.  Her aft cockpit provides additional lift while underway and when originally built the vessel would reach top speeds of 25 plus knots.  DESLIZE is one of the early 20' beam aft engine room vessels built by Broward Marine which lead to a whole improved design and running efficiency of the Broward Motor Yacht brand.
