Main Deck –
The owner’s suite is located forward and is full beam. It is followed by the commercial galley, followed by the formal dining area and mail salon. Going aft there is an outdoor bar area followed by a seating area with a bench seat and four lounge chairs and tables. Note - there is an elevator to all four decks on this yacht.
Bridge Deck –
Forward is a seating area ahead of the helm and a center walkway down to the bow deck which has one of the three tenders stored there. The helm station has side door exits port and starboard, it features a large raised bench seat. Aft of the helm are two cabins – the captain’s suite to port is accessed from the helm. The VIP cabin is to starboard and accessed from the hallway. The is a nice owner’s lounge aft of that small standup bar and 4 person card table to starboard and an L-shaped settee to port. There is a full entertainment system, Stepping out to the deck there is a huge dining table for 12 and finally a big lounge area with two big sofas, four lounge chairs, and cocktail tables.
Sun Deck –
Lots of room to entertain on this deck with stand up bar with four stools, a dinette for 6-7 people, an outdoor kitchen, an enclosed head to starboard, four lounge chairs, and two large forward-facing raised bench seats with tables, and a large tender mounted athwartship with davit all the way aft.
Lower Cabin Deck –
Crew - The main crew area is forward with a dinette/lounge area, two cabins forward with upper and lower berths, each with a private head. Two single berth cabins aft of that with a shared head. In the stern of the boat is the engineer’s cabin with upper and lower berth, private head, and desk area.
Guests - There are four full guest suites. Two are king-sized berth cabins and two are twin-berth cabins with Pullman berths as well. The engine compartment is well laid out with room to service all the equipment and systems aboard the yacht. Aft of that is the tender garage with room for a Novurania jet tender and two jet skis. The area can be modified to also serve as a beach club.
Changes to Layout –
There is still time to make some changes to the layout. While the engines and generators are already installed and most bulkheads are already in place you can still make changes at this stage of construction.

When you look at the cost estimates to complete this yacht you’ll see savings in both time and money. It is approximately 50% complete already, and we are getting current from qualified shipyards that would like to be selected to finish the project (USA, Greece, and Turkey). We believe the final number should be at least $10 million less than starting from scratch based on what yachts in this size range are actually selling for on the open market today.

This yacht has a projected top speed of 24 knots based on the proven design, and you will see Trinity sisterships of similar length that confirm it. In achieving that speed the design team managed to also deliver a hull shape that is comfortable in all sea conditions which is not always the case with fast yachts in this size range. Even just looking at the profile you can see the yacht is well balanced in the design of the upper structure which plays a big role in stability in heavy seas. Some of those “far out” designs you see in all the magazines today need special handling when the seas begin to build.
Spacious Contemporary Interior Space Plan –
We have recommended the six stateroom floorplan that is included in this listing because it works well for family use but is also highly desirable in the world of charter yachts. It can obviously be modified when you meet with your design team and we have an alternate layout available for your consideration.
As you study the floorplan you will see there are no tight spaces on any deck level. It is easier to see that in the owner quarters on all decks but what may not be as obvious is the extra space in both the crew quarters and the engine room and a happy crew means happy owners. The extra room in the engine compartment means that servicing all the complicated systems required on a modern yacht like this will be easier on your crew as well.
Depending on your personal color preferences you have plenty of time to select the woods, marbles, fixtures, fabrics, and hardware when working with the interior designer that will personalize the yacht for you and your family. Finding the right interior design firm for this project and then deciding how much latitude you want to give them is one of the major cost variables you will need to think about upfront.

We have full documentation for this project and where it stands at the moment. This is not some abandoned yacht in the back of some boatyard. The yacht has been secure and properly maintained from the moment that production stopped.

Design and Engineering –
You’ll be glad to know that the original team that designed this particular yacht and the other Trinity’s as well is available to help complete the remaining drawings. Everyone who was involved in this yacht from the CEO on down wants to see this yacht successfully completed and be part of the history of Trinity. Whatever help you need you’ll find the right people are available to help you get this boat back into production as fast as possible regardless of where you decide to send the yacht for completion.
Interior Designer –
Some of the best interior design firms in the world (mention several) have worked on Trinity yachts over the years and they would all be happy to talk to you about completing the project. In addition, depending on the location of the yard that will be completing the yacht, they may have some design firms they work closely with that you might want to consider.
As An Example – Greek Shipyard
One of the yards that are preparing a preliminary price quote based on the information we have given them is located in Greece. The country has a big yacht building and refit industry that has been in place for generations. They are genuinely excited about this project and hope to show the buyer the synergy their team can offer with the naval architect firm, the interior design firm, and the construction yard that have all worked seamlessly together on major yacht projects in the past. They want to showcase how their teamwork over the years has helped to speed up the building process and also reduce the total cost to the owner.
We will present you information on the yards that have expressed interest so far in completing the yacht. You’re talking about a project in the $20 million range so this is a huge opportunity for the right facility. The fact that the yacht can go back into production as soon as it arrives makes it even more desirable for the right yard.
We have just started on the process and focused on yards with proven experience in this size range and located in an area with the critical suppliers needed to make it all happen. So far we have yards interested in the United States, Greece, and Turkey.
We are also working on getting updated shipping costs for transporting the yacht to the yards that are currently interested.
The company originally started in the commercial craft segment and when there was a major slowdown in that industry they had hundreds of highly skilled aluminum workers about to be unemployed. They decided to shift gears and go into the yacht building industry and created the Trinity brand. After decades of success, the custom yacht building industry faced a major slowdown and so the company shifted back to commercial and military contracts and is doing $75,000,000 a year in that part of the marine industry.
When the global financial markets crashed in 2008-2009 a number of yacht projects around the world came to a stop and this was one of them. At the time of the crash, Trinity had 17 yachts under construction and the owners of two projects were experiencing financial problems in their business and elected to stop production and eventually turned the yachts back over to the yard. All the other projects were completed and delivered to their owners.
The yacht is stored in Gulfport, Mississippi. It is secure and checked regularly. The MTU engines are serviced and under full new warranty coverage that begins when the yacht is completed. The yacht can remain in its current location as long a necessary for you to make the arrangements for completion.
The seller only has requested is that we take the time to make sure any offers received are from qualified applicants who meet three criteria – they can confirm they have the money to complete the project properly, they demonstrate a good understanding of the completion process, and they have a plan and team mapped out to make it a success. The owner told me that he was prepared to do everything possible to make this a success for everyone involved.
