AUDRE GRACE has been with the same owner since 2014 and is currently moored in LaConner, WA.  This yacht has a flush deck from the salon forward into the pilothouse and galley.  With large frameless windows, the yacht feels comfortable and bright.  The master stateroom is accessed via a private stairway in the starboard aft salon.  Three staterooms forward all with ensuite heads and shower are arranged for six guests while enjoying all that AUDRE GRACE has to offer in cruising adventures.  The flybridge has a centerline helm area, abundant seating and expansive boat deck area for a tender and scooter.

Stepping aboard the full width swim platform, you feel stable underfoot on the synthetic teak decking as you transition to the port and starboard molded fiberglass steps topped with synthetic teak onto the covered aft deck.  Forward and to starboard on the aft deck, well-constructed stainless steel and textured fiberglass steps lead to the fly bridge.  Port and starboard on the outer edges of the aft deck are side boarding gates for high dock entry.  Moving forward along the side decks, are the large frameless windows along the house side and stainless-steel railing mounted atop the gunwales for ease of transition to the foredeck.  Large mooring cleats are positioned aft at the swim step level and along the side decks forward to the bow hawseholes.  On the foredeck are two separate hatches above the forward stateroom and room for a sun pad.  At the bow, is the anchor windlass with foot controls to launch and retrieve the anchor and chain.

Entering from the aft deck into the salon, the interior spaces feel welcoming large frameless windows, custom headliner, and carpet flooring.  The portside furnishings designed for comfort include a sofa with ottomans, coffee table, custom upholstered chairs and matching ottomans, side tables and lamp.  Adjacent and forward portside is a dining area with square shaped glass top table and seating for six.  Over to starboard aft is a flat screen television above a corner storage and entertainment component cabinet.  Next along the starboard side are the stairway for the master stateroom and engine room and another storage cabinet with an undercounter refrigerator.

Just forward is the spacious pilothouse with L-shaped settee and table to starboard, a door for accessing the side deck, stairway forward to three staterooms all with ensuite heads, centerline helm and adjoining galley to port.

From the starboard side of the pilothouse is a stair with an opening hatch to the fly bridge.  The forward section of the fly bridge has a helm with instrumentation, a large L-Lounge for seating and a BBQ area.  Aft is the boat deck with two plentiful spaces for the tender and scooter.
