Vessel Walkthrough:

CAMY is a unique example of a highly customized 6 stateroom Lazzara 76’. She has had only two owners, both of whom have cared and maintained her to the highest standards.

Salon:

Upon entering, you find yourself in a spacious saloon that flows forward from the oversized “U”-shaped sofa to port, with a long second sofa to starboard. A completely updated custom entertainment center is located aft, and a long sideboard with storage below is situated forward. Across from the entertainment area, there's a custom formal dining space. The entire area features new wood flooring.

Dining:

The formal dining area is positioned forward of the Grand Salon. The dining table is made of maple.

Galley & Day Head:

Moving forward through a privacy door, you'll find the Day Head to starboard. The Galley is located across to the port side and features a complete set of Kitchen Aid appliances, including a full oven and an oversized cooktop. It also includes updated stainless-steel double-door refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher, an ice maker, a microwave, a double sink, and an under-cabinet coffeemaker.

Across from the galley is the forward stairway to the flybridge. Across from this stairway is the Lower Helm and seating for four. There's also an "L"-shaped marble dinette and pilot doors to the side decks on both port and starboard sides. Additionally, you'll find companionway stairs leading down to the forward three guest staterooms and an upright freezer.

Forward Staterooms:

Heading forward and down to three staterooms:

• The Starboard Guest Stateroom features a double bed with a single berth above, plus an en suite head and a stall shower.
• Across from it, there's a double berth Guest/Crew Stateroom.
• Further forward is the third Guest Stateroom, also with an en suite head and stall shower.

Owner and VIP Staterooms:

Descending the midship companionway stairs, you'll find a large Foyer with drawer storage, a hidden stacking washer & dryer, and walk-in locker storage.

The Master Stateroom is located aft and spans the full beam of the vessel. It features a complete entertainment center, two side tables, two lounge seats, abundant drawer and hanging storage, and a large walk-in wardrobe. The en suite bathroom is spacious and equipped with a tub, shower, and double sinks.

Forward of the Master Stateroom, there are two mirror-image VIP Guest Staterooms with queen berths and en suite heads with stall showers. These staterooms provide good hanging and drawer storage.

Aft Deck:

From the Saloon, you can access the teak Aft Deck. It features port and starboard aft seating, a large pull-out/folding table, aft access to the flybridge, an aft custom sun shade, and stairs leading down to the Engine Room and an oversized swim platform at the stern.

Engine Room:

Stern access leads to a very large walk-in Engine Room. It is air-conditioned and provides full access to both the inboard and outboard sides of the main engines, a large workbench to port, twin generators, and twin water makers.

Electrical:

The yacht is equipped with (2) 20KW Onan generators, an oil changing system for both engines and generators, (2) water makers, a CCTV system, and new batteries.

Flybridge:

The Flybridge features a helm and two companion chairs, a new enclosure on the custom half tower that offers both forward of the helm and aft of the arch, custom sun shades. There's a large “L”-shaped seating area forward with two tables and additional “L”-shaped seating aft, both located to port. Forward and to starboard is a long bar with stools, followed by an oversized grill and ice maker. Further aft, there are port and starboard hidden hydraulic davits.

Foredeck:

The Foredeck features a sun lounge with a folding sunshade and storage lockers on both sides. The anchor utilizes a built-in chute and windlass.
